Richey

Richey was pursuing an art degree in rural Missouri in 2008 when she started as a kennel assistant at a low-cost veterinary clinic doubling as a shelter. There she met the love of her life, Loro, a one-eyed wonder of an adventure dog. Richey’s career shifted when she began working as an unlicensed technician in emergency medicine. Moving to Oregon in 2014, she continued to garner her knowledge in emergency and critical care medicine by working in top tier specialty hospitals, meeting Dr Kuchenmeister and Dr Reeder along the way. When not working, Richey is often napping with Loro while her musician partner, Levis, plays trumpet. They also spend ample time adventuring deep in nature, forever in search of a natural hot spring.
